This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York, or Atlanta.

The Supplier Relationship Program Manager will be responsible for supporting GSS initiatives around key GSS Supplier Relationship Management Programs efforts and conducting audits of internal and external business processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks. This role will be responsible for establishing a strong foundation across all programs and ensuring internal and external compliance with program requirements.
Responsibilities
Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management programs and driving supplier enablement and compliance across SRM areas
Support with Tier 2 supplier diversity tracking, reporting externally and internally
Support in designing and implementing a robust supplier business review program and platform.
Identify ways to mitigate identified risks with Suppliers across SRM programs to ensure business continuity and resilience. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the suppliers around Responsible Sourcing, Performance Management, Risk & Compliance.
Conducting audits of business processes, create audit reports, track audit findings and ensure follow-up on management actions
Drive change management and process improvement
Strong data and analytical foundation around supplier data management and infrastructure
Collaborates in the creation, review and update of compliance policies and procedures
Cultivates positive working relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers and cross functional team members.
Strong ability to think outside of the box and creatively to connect the dots across LinkedIn’s supplier program ecosystem
Strong change management and communication skills
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS Degree
6+ years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing/ Procurement Supplier Program, Supplier Business Review, Segmentation, Preferred Supplier Programs, Supply Chain Program Management related background
Prior experience managing datasets related to supplier program using PowerBI and relevant tools, technology, and databases
Prior experience in Supplier Relationship Program Management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and transformation in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and mindful in successful internal & external relationship development.
Familiarity with Responsible Sourcing (Accessibility, Diversity, Sustainability)
Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management tools, technology, and datasets
Understanding of Supplier Relationship Management & Supplier Risk & Compliance Frameworks
Familiarity with ABAC, Privacy, Environmental, Human Rights, Forced Labor, Health & Safety regulations and impact on suppliers and supply chain
Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance Validated Assessment Program guidelines
Understanding of the validated, auditee managed, and/or customer managed audit types and their protocols
Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of legislation and policies around Supply Chain activities
Familiarity in developing and preparing reports of compliance program activities, including collection of data and reporting findings

The pay range for this role is $103,000 to $168,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
