You'll use your storytelling talent to empower our sellers to grow their sales through clear, compelling content served up to them when they need it . Working closely with your product and design partners, you'll influence language in user experiences, develop instructional content, and content that drives sellers to take action when necessary, keeps them informed and engaged, and guides them to operate their day-to-day business with WFS. Ultimately, you'll transform complex information into best-in-class content, keeping our sellers' needs top of mind.
Job responsibilities
Drive the content strategy of our WFS products by owning the output of seller-facing messaging (UX content design, in-app messaging, educational content, etc.).
Leverage content expertise to generate ideas and evaluate opportunities for scaling and elevating the impact of the WFS Content team.
Work with cross-functional partners to align on content deliverables and timelines, proposing trade-off decisions as needed.
Complete the end-to-end content strategy development process for a portfolio of projects (discovery, ideation, iteration, and analysis).
Independently develop content requirements, project sizing, and prioritization against other projects, influencing the broader content team roadmap.
Independently manage personal workload and stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with product owners, business operators, seller content owners, and other key stakeholders at varying degrees of project involvement (embedded, consulting, etc.).
Ensure that WFS seller-facing content is concise, relevant, actionable, and user-friendly.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of UX and editorial content standards and guidelines.
Work quickly to create or review content for stakeholders and incorporate any feedback.
Drive a better, more consistent user experience for WFS sellers.
Act as a strong advocate for WFS sellers.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...

You have great storytelling skills and can use them to think about how content plays a role in the end-to-end experience.
You have a keen eye for consistency and attention to detail, upholding content standards and guidelines with conviction and calling out gaps when you see them.
When requirements change or business needs pivot, you're not afraid to tear the content strategy down and rebuild it. You're comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
You're a team player and effective at working cross-functionally.
You have a passion for writing, enthusiasm for spreading the word, and a desire to make a positive impact on the team's culture.
