How You'll help us connect the world:

The Renewals Channel Sales Manager (RCSM) is responsible for enabling and growing the renewals business via our channel partners. This includes building strong relationships with our partners and taking ownership of projects and programs that are focused on renewals growth through our channel partners. The RCSM will work closely with the other Sales Teams to help drive our initiatives and ensure we have tight interlock.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of our Disti Engagement Program including driving interlock at all levels within our Partners Renewals organization, training/onboarding to Renewals Dashboard Portal, managing Quarterly business reviews, metrics reporting & scheduled forecast meetings, identifying projects that focus on working better together and growing renewals revenue.

  • Management of Partner reporting, communications, marketing, and training

  • Oversight & Metrics of Renewals Partner Portal onboarding process

  • Identifying & driving Renewal Partner Portal requirements, enhancements, issues, and data hygiene

  • Develop new projects/programs focused on increasing partner close rates

  • Engagement & Interlock with Channel Sales Teams and escalation point for our Renewals Team and partners when issues arise

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in 2 tier Distribution Renewals Business and Partner Programs

  • Program management skills including ability to build and execute against detailed development and launch plans

  • Strong communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions

  • Ability to manage and influence cross function teams & stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask & have strong problem-solving skills

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $63,600.00 -$79,700.00.
