Required Skills:

Recruiting Operations Program Manager (Short Term Employee) Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a representative of Meta and our talent acquisition team with program participants and stakeholders

  2. Create event strategies that are engaging, innovative and will achieve the organizational and brand goals

  3. Build and execute scalable processes across various program spaces including elements such as participant comms, program onboarding, tooling and relocation

  4. Partner with other PMs on the team and cross functional partners daily to ensure all programmatic elements create a best-in-class experience

  5. Own event execution through planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, speaker outreach and prep, logistics, curation and development content, marketing and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives by executing events and experiential campaigns

  6. Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind

  7. Flex to provide operational support in key business priority areas for new events or program builds

  8. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

  9. Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles

  1. Experience managing large project workstreams from planning to execution

  2. Experience planning large scale events (50-500 attendees)

  3. Experience working cross-functionally

  4. Experience communicating across all levels of an organization, as well as externally

  5. Experience working with broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including management of multiple concurrent projects

  6. Experience using a creative and data-driven approach to solving problems

  7. Experience synthesizing data and making recommendations

  8. Experience using organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up, operational excellence with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness

  9. Experience navigating ambiguity

Public Compensation:

$94,000/year to $136,000/year + benefits
