Aston Carter Project/Program Manager III in Sunnyvale, California

One of the largest eCommerce companies headquartered in Seattle, WA is hiring a PM III to support the Sunnyvale, CA office.

Job Description

  • The Project/Program Manager III will be responsible for sprint planning and reporting, which includes assigning and tracking KLO work for security engineers such as consults, security reviews, data classifications, and PBRs.

  • The role also involves monthly reporting, managing MOR and MBRs, consolidating DSTS core team intake requests, and driving the prioritization and delivery of tasks.

  • Additional duties include tracking and driving team-level goal deliverables, handling escalations related to compliance tracking, audit requests, and incidents, exporting data for sprints, spotting abnormal trends, and driving monthly reporting on operational metrics and business reviews.

  • The manager will collaborate with developers and engineers to help streamline processes and achieve team goals

  • Sprint Planning and reporting (Weekly sprints for assigning and tracking KLO work for security engineers (Consults, Security Reviews, Data Classifications, PBRs, etc.

  • Monthly reporting, MOR, MBR

  • Consolidated DSTS core team intake requests and driving prioritization and delivery of tasks

  • Track and drive team level goal deliverables

  • Escalations as needed (compliance tracking, audit requests, incidents, etc.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience within project management

  • Quicksite experience

  • Quip experience

  • Data Analysis experience

  • Advanced Excel skills

Job Type:

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s) with potential for extension/conversion

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Sunnyvale, California.
