• Experience in managing business processes (e.g., OKRs or budget planning) for manufacturing or data center operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience in financial analysis.

• Experience in program management for data center operations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with all organizational levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Plan and execute cross-functional business processes for the Operational Readiness team (e.g., OKRs, budget planning, and HC planning).

• Lead project and program reviews, weekly team updates, and monthly machine learning operational readiness updates.

• Drive continuous improvements to the team's portfolio health.

• Support special projects with cross-functional project teams (e.g., global retrofit projects, bug SLO management).

• Demonstrate critical thinking and innovation in approaching global program and project management challenges.
