As our RAI Principal Product Manager - Technical, you'll drive the next generation of intelligent systems that combine voice interfaces with sophisticated image understanding and content safety. This unique role sits at the convergence of multiple AI disciplines, offering the opportunity to shape how humans interact with ambient computing safely in their daily lives.
Key job responsibilities
• Architect and drive the Responsible AI product vision for AI-powered features that seamlessly blend voice, vision, and trust
• Lead the development of breakthrough products that respect customer privacy while pushing technical boundaries
• Build and execute ambitious RAI roadmaps that deliver measurable customer value
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement RAI architectures
• Shape the future of multimodal AI experiences that customers can trust and love
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
