Manager, Display Engineering Responsibilities:

1. Lead display module architecture, design, development, validation, qualification - From concepting phase to mass production.

2. Partner with sub-system, system stakeholder for display module roadmap planning, architecture definition, performing system-feature-cost-schedule-customer experience tradeoffs.

3. Drive product, functional requirements into clear and measurable display specifications and document and drive display test/validation criteria and methodology for display module and system.

4. Perform display bring up, testing, validation and using test platform.

5. Document, review and approve milestone requirements.

6. Identify display related failures at module and system level and provide mitigation (and formulate prevention approach) throughout the program development cycle.

7. Drive best engineering practices, engineering excellence to deliver scalable designs and methods across a portfolio of products.

8. Work with supply chain, operations teams for display module and component vendor evaluation and selection.

9. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (foreign equivalent accepted), and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

23. 14. Design automation and process flow development – Skill, Genie, Matlab, PERL.

$260,785/year to $276,870/year + bonus + equity + benefits
