Robert Half Sales Admin Assistant in Sun Valley, California

Description A company in Sun Valley is looking to permanent a Sales Administration Assistant. The chosen candidate will be integral to our sales operations, managing customer relationships, performing administrative duties, and supporting our CEO and sales manager. This role is within the telecom industry, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with clients to ensure the timely completion of agreements and paperwork • Conduct regular client calls to maintain strong customer relationships • Perform administrative duties as required to support the sales team • Utilize CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suites for efficient work processes • Manage customer relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data organization and communication • Leverage skills in About Time, Billing Functions, and Cash Activity for efficient task management • Report to the CEO and sales manager, contributing to decision-making processes • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members • Utilize skills in Customer Service and C-Suite to ensure optimal service delivery. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role • Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook • Experience with Billing Functions and Cash Activity management • Ability to liaise with C-Suite executives and other high-level stakeholders • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
