L.A. Gauge Company Assistant to the President in Sun Valley, California
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support, manage a variety of tasks, and lead projects. This role requires excellent writing and presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, trainings, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist with the planning and execution of company events and functions.
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the President and executive team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discreet, professional, and tactful demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Project management experience.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
