JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Sun Prairie, WI Mon-Thu, 5:30am-2:30pm or Mon-Thu, 2pm-12:30am \$28+/hr DOE Description/Requirements: Actively troubleshoot, diagnose, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on production and facilities support equipment and systems in a chocolate manufacturing plant. Perform repair and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines and facility equipment such as conveyors, motors, relays, heating elements, voltmeters, and gear drives, using testing instruments, hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment. Install functional and structural parts in devices or equipment. Dismantle devices to remove defective parts and reassemble. Assist with production adjustments as necessary. Participate in root cause analysis, and operational reviews as necessary. Read and understand schematics. Experience with 110v, 230v and 480v. Minor plumbing repairs.
