Title: Administrative Assistant

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Wage: Starting at $19 per hour

Onsite Position

We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, project documentation, and administrative support, ensuring that daily operations stay on track. If you excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and providing top-notch customer service while balancing project responsibilities, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

· Perform general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining a professional workspace

· Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and quick problem resolution

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and project timelines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

· Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports

· Monitor and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary

· Support billing, invoicing, and payment tracking for projects

· Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management

What You Bring to the Team:

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of construction software or ERP systems preferred

· Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities

Education & Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

· Valid driver's license and a good driving record

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

· On-site position -- this role is not eligible for remote work

· May be exposed to various environments, including manufacturing, warehousing, or non-traditional office settings

· Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift office supplies (up to 15 lbs.)
