Employer:Bristol-Myers Squibb CompanyPosition:Sr. Manager, Manufacturing IT Systems and MES (ref.# 7992)Location:556 Morris Ave., Summit, NJ 07901Duties: Draw on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) architecture, GXP/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and IT strategy and execution to collaborate with business stakeholders and implementation partner(s) to configure, build, and deploy the MES, DCS (Distributed Control System) and Historian systems. Collaborate with business process leads to design master data, recipes, etc. Provide support for operationalizing the manufacturing and peripheral systems. Accountable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T manufacturing. Support daily operation and future enhancements of MES and lower-level systems as an IT system owner and technical expert. Support manufacturing labelling operations using systems such as Infobatch, Bartender and etc. Responsible for supporting and enhancing Infobatch reports as per the business needs. Accountable for driving definition and execution of the MES technical operations, strategy and capabilities to meet the business needs. Represent Site IT to support external and internal Audits. May work remotely 5 days every 2 weeks within normal commuting distance of Summit, NJ.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience reflecting demonstrable ability in the skill set described above. The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
