Atlantic Health System Medical Office Associate I, Pulmonary Sleep/Medicine- PerDiem- Billing in Summit, New Jersey

Accountabilities:

  • The MOA will manage phones, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain schedule in EMR system

  • AMG Pulmonology Allergy & Sleep will greet patients, verify insurance coverage

  • As well as process pre-certs/authorizations and referrals

  • The per diem Medical Office Associate collect co-pays, balance cash, and perform other duties typical of a physician practice.

    Required:

  • High School Diploma required

    Preferred:

  • Minimum one (1) year administrative experience in a medical practice strongly preferred

  • EMR experience desired

  • Individual must be flexible with hours as practice is open early morning and evenings

  • Previous Pulmonology & Allerfy experience preferred
