Candidates must be able to work on Apexs w-2.Responsibilities* Provides technical consultation and support in the development of computer applications and programs.* Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign computer solutions.* Develops original and/or complex code or provides coding guidance to less experienced staff.* Leads and/or performs analysis efforts.* Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments* Contribute to large scale planning of test strategies* Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments* Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures* Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements* Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals* Verifies program logic with good quality test data, unit testing and debugging of programs.* Participates in overall systems testing. Helps in the migration of applications to production.* Helps with new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and user guides.* Helps in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.* Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.* Position will involve design, coding, and configuration management of Actimize Case Manager applications. In addition, this position will be responsible for unit testing and peer reviews of custom solutions.Required Qualifications:* 3+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education* 1+ Experience using NICE Actimize Case Management solution development (ActOne / RCM)* 1+ years of hands on experience of ActOne/RCM Java plugin development* 4+ years of SQL* 1+ year of experience writing code in Java application and knowledge of Java memory model* 1+ years of experience in 12-factor and Cloud Native patterns* 1+ years of cloud experience such as AWS, Azure, PCF etc.* 2+ years of experience with Test Frameworks, Capabilities & Tools: such as Junit, TestNG, Selenium, Test Driven Development (TDD); Behavioral Driven Development (BDD): Cucumber/Gherkin* 2+ years of enterprise experience with CI/CD implementation, configuration management and orchestration tools: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitHub Actions* 2+ years of experience with database platforms like Mongo, Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc.* 2+ years of experience in Kafka* 2+ years working in an Agile environmentEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
