This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.
Position Description
ATI is looking for a Facilities & Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across the company. The Facilities & Administrative Manager will offer fresh perspective and new ideas to improve functional processes that impact operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Facilities & Administrative Manager will lead the efforts of cross-functional teams comprised of representatives from divisions and departments throughout the company to complete a wide range of operational, administrative and business tasks.
Essential Functions
Serves as the administrative functional expert and develops processes and provides input to inform company policy.
Oversees the Emergency Management function to ensure the safety and security of all corporate locations by establishing and maintaining processes and systems to effectively alert employees to emergencies or other items of immediate interest. Also implements systems and processes to provide for a safer environment at each facility and manage these on a continuing basis.
Supervises personnel in the execution of their daily activities providing feedback on and evaluation of their performance on a routine basis.
Works in close collaboration with all division and department support staff across the company to develop and implement consistent, standardized processes and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
Provides training to administrative functional employees on business operations processes.
Oversees organizational name change process, seating assignments and personnel locater.
Oversees the distribution and management of organizational clothing.
Maintains the Administrative Procedures Manual.
Oversees the corporate receptionist. Responsible for answering and directing external phone calls.
Oversees the facilities, shipping and receiving functions to ensure organizational efficiency.
Serves as the liaison between ATI Facilities and the landlords of leased ATI spaces.
Oversees the creation and distribution/re-assignment of all key and furniture inventory.
Manages all facilities requirements for all corporate locations to include lease negotiations, office moves, equipping and supplying each location.
Responsible for land management activities in accordance with the terms of the Purchase and Sales Agreement.
Oversees Conference Center and Meeting Room scheduling. Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the scheduling software.
Responsible for appropriate property disposal in coordination with the Contracts and Accounting and Finance Departments.
Develops, revises and maintains new policies, procedures and internal management systems that streamline day-to-day operations and increase organizational effectiveness.
Diagnoses and develops, in collaboration with supervisor, corrective action plans in response to operational issues that arise. Coordinates efforts with supervisor to implement procedures to reduce the frequency of recurrence.
Collaborates with corporate, division, and cross-functional teams to understand and align organizational needs, timelines, and key milestones.
Ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate efficient and effective business operations.
Participates in or observes all company integrated process team meetings to ensure stakeholder needs are represented and action plans/results shared, as necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in an office environment or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrated, advanced skills in organization, customer service and general office duties required.
Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and the MS Windows environment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure is required.
Previous experience supporting executives.
Able to produce presentation materials with specific attention to business writing, detailed editing and formatting; quality of work does not require multiple levels of review.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and pursue process improvements.
This position will need the ability to access US only data systems – US Citizenship is required and/or must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance (for certain projects/programs).
