Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will serve as Program Analyst, Office of the Commander, Naval Information Forces, Suffolk, Va. You will review Program Budget Decisions (PBD) and Resources Management Decision (RMD). You will coordinate efforts of multiple organization segments to meet program requirements and objectives. You will carry out assignments assuming more independent responsibilities are assumed within each grade progression. You will have knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluation methods and techniques to perform assessments annual DOD planning. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience of quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluation methods and techniques to perform necessary functions pertaining to Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Programs, POM regulations, guidelines and processes. Experience of service requirement development systems, to include the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and working knowledge of the Navy resource allocation process and the DODs PPBE process. Experience to coordinate efforts of multiple organization segments to meet program requirements and objectives within the allotted resources.
