The Developmental Disabilities Residential Services Program is seeking Group Home Director, Respite Services for a new residential program located in Sudbury, MA.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, or a related, required

• Proven experience and ability to lead a team with at least 2 years of supervisory experience at a Residential home supporting the developmental disability population.

• You are empathetic, and you are a positive mentor and role model.

• You will be able to build, train and grow a solid team of dedicated employees.

• You have solid computing skills and you have committed to acting with integrity

What You Will Do:

• In the position, you will supervise staff, and ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our residents.

• You will be responsible for overseeing the entire house and managing responsibilities including – care, budgeting, supply shopping, scheduling and more.

• You will hire, train and mentor new a team of new hires.

• You will work your choice of one of the following two schedules (1) Tue-Sat 10 am - 6 pm; OR (2) Sun-Thurs 10 am - 6 pm
