\ \ Responsibilities\ \

Revolution is now hiring for a Production Shift Supervisor position in Stuttgart, AR. Here is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company that allows you to have an immediate impact on the organization.

  • Actively promote plant safety and environmental programs and procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility grounds and structures to identify and initiate corrective action for safety and environmental discrepancies, as well as physical and systems discrepancies.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities to insure production and product quality meet specifications.
  • Inspect equipment and product to ensure optimum safety, utilization, and quality. Communicate with all employees concerning safety, scheduling, problem solving, overtime, vacations, and training.
  • Review and support master scheduling process to meet production needs.
  • Plan process activities and follow established priorities in regard to procedures, equipment capabilities, process team performance and staffing levels.
  • Review, analyze, and act to correct non-conformance in areas of safety, production, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead, coach, and support line process teams in their efforts to improve quality, increase flexibility and reduce costs.
  • Conduct required team meetings and safety training.
  • Provide feedback to hourly employees on job performance.
  • Promote and implement our Core Values daily.
  • Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
