JOB REQUIREMENTS: Technical Product Advisor BRP is seeking a Technical Product Advisor who will report to the Global Product Support Team Lead for our Sea Doo Brand and who will be tasked with providing product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns. As part of your role, you\'ll ensure consistent alignment of our brand promise, actual product and support performance. In addition to being part of a dynamic and motivated team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on our organization by providing a great service experience. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Provide global product support to our dealer/distributor network for technical concerns to ensure consistent alignment of our brand promise, actual product and support performance Ensure the delivery of technical support for on-water products, with a consistent alignment of service levels Maintain and strengthen alignment for BRP after-sales policies and procedures to minimize waste and be financially strong Support consumer product issues in ways that strengthen our network and brand image to sustain high success Support and identify communication needs and resolve product-related problems to improve the future product Ensure communication with different stakeholders internally and externally Assure alignment of warranty decisions and practices with company expectations in ways that contribute to its ongoing success YOU\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: 3 + years of technician (mechanic) experience in repair, troubleshooting, testing or maintenance in the Auto, Marine or Powersports Industry Experience using CRM or ERP systems and Google Suite or Microsoft Office Demonstrated success in building and executing internal processes, with the ability to problem solve, de escalate and transfer of best practices Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a collaborative environment Ability to travel up to 5% out of the year Preferred: Associates degree in Mechanic/ Maintenance Technician or similar Consistently strived to make a difference in the service experience and negotiating skills Ran successful support teams; hiring, mentoring, and training are all within your comfort zone Experience providing quality services, and resolving difficult situations....
