Project Development Manager needed w/Masters of Business Administration Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Business Administration or Business Management or Strategic Communication and one (1) year experience as Project Development Manager or Project Developer performing following job duties:

• Responsible for project management and milestone advancement for new and existing project development of renewable energy (solar and energy storage).
• Develop strategy for the identifying and filtering of site acquisition targets to minimize cost and risk.
• Responsible for each project's financial model, including accuracy of inputs and adhering to corporate modeling standards and coordinating updates with respective internal groups.
• Manage community relations, working with the Permitting team on local and state level approvals.
• Manage project level progress, risks, opportunities and economics.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting to management.
• Lead project team meetings to coordinate broad communication of project events, issues, and challenges across an integrated, multidisciplinary team of colleagues.
• Evaluate market and policy fundamentals to drive strategic focus.
• Support power marketing, permitting, EPC and financing processes through document preparation, negotiations and analysis.
• Track record of managing complex transactions and projects (in real estate, sales management, power development and finance).
• Work with power marketing aspects of solar and renewable project development.
