Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Stuart, Florida. This role operates within the industry, requiring proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Computerized Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Sales Tax Returns, and Payroll Tax Returns.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry and organization of records

• Management of bookkeeping tasks, which includes maintaining the general ledger and recording transactions

• Preparation of trial balances to confirm the accuracy and balance of financial records

• Processing payroll returns

• Timely and accurate management of sales tax filings

• Providing support in tax preparation for both personal and business clients

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Ability to utilize a Computerized Accounting System effectively.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Solid understanding and execution of Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures.

• Capability to handle Sales Tax Returns accurately.

• Experience in managing Payroll Tax Returns.
