Insight Global Civil Engineer in Stuart, Florida

Job Description

Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met within the budget and schedule.

· Develop and utilize Civil 3D models for site development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.

· Create detailed engineering designs and plans, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

· Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

· Provide engineering support during the construction phase, including site visits, inspections, and resolving technical issues.

· Maintain effective communication with clients, understand their needs, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

· Provide guidance and direction to junior engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

· Conduct site visits, field assessments, and meetings as required, ensuring project requirements are met on-site.

· Work with other Tetra Tech offices to leverage expertise and resources for project success.

Skills and Requirements

5-20 years experience in Civil Engineering and Project management

Experience with ICPR and drainage calculations

Stormwater design experience

Must have active PE in Florida -- will be signing off on final documents

Good communication Experience designing solar facility.
