What’s the job?

In alignment with the company vision, mission, values, and objectives, the Human Resources Generalist will support and coordinate all Human Resources functions including organizational development, workforce planning, organizational assessment and diagnosis, development and training, and group facilitation for two manufacturing plants.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Five to seven years of direct experience in Human Resources functions, including training in employee involvement, problem-solving, group processes, and team building.

  • Three-plus years of experience with recruitment, leave management, workers compensation, compensation and benefits programs.

  • Expertise in current and relevant HR legislation (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Health & Safety, etc.).

  • Adaptability, customer and stakeholder focus orientation, and problem-solving skills.---

  • Solid knowledge of HRIS computer software programs and systems (PeopleSoft preferred) as well as Microsoft Office & Access.
