Global Director, IT Infrastructure and Security The Global Director, IT Infrastructure and Security leads all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure and information security practices. These areas include cloud PaaS/IaaS operations, networks, telecommunications, end user services, and information security as well as corresponding budgets and policies for each. This hands-on role manages resources and assets in a global IT environment, establishing priorities and activities for team members and maintaining high-quality deliverables for critical systems, lifecycle, and new technologies. Responsibilities Provide vision and direction for infrastructure and information security functions Manage corporate cybersecurity practices, including policies and procedures, and ensure global adherence Regularly test, identify, and remediate vulnerabilities throughout the environment Architect technology, process, and training security practices that result in an appropriate level of information security for the enterprise and for its employees Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations Drive IT service level improvements utilizing employee feedback, key performance indicators, benchmarking and lifecycle management best practices Manage standards, best practices, technical architecture, and cost optimization to deliver ever increasing levels of infrastructure effectiveness across the enterprise Ensure responsive and seamless end user service experience Develop collaborative vendor relationships including third party services providers Manage organizational Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans Recruit, mentor, and develop team of high performing technology professionals including third party services providers Stay current on technology and security trends, adapt IT roadmaps accordingly, and provide recommendations to the CIO and Senior Leadership Team Develop and maintain project plans; define scope and objectives for technology initiatives; manage project budgets and resources Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure and/or security in a global business environment Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field; cybersecurity certifications a plus Expertise in cybersecurity policies, practices, and operations Expertise in infrastructure and security architecture design and execution Experience designing and managing enterprise cloud solutions Experience designing and managing programs with third party services providers Core infrastructure expertise: Network/Compute/Storage/Backup Progressive responsibilities designing and managing global IT teams in virtual, hybrid work environments and mixed (insource/outsource) organizational structures Global technology management experience, including up to date skills to get into technical design details and implementation execution activities Key Relationships: Global in
