THE WORK
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead the Processing department, overseeing critical operations such as plating, blasting/stripping, and heat treating. Your role will be essential in maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality control, and driving process improvements. You will also manage recruitment, selection, training, and development for your team while handling performance assessments, work assignments, promotions, and recognition.

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Able to manage multiple priorities and be flexible.
Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP for timekeeping and labor auditing, or similar system.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards.
Problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and coordinate operational needs.
Must be a US Person
Desired Skills:
Knowledge CNC machining, blue print reading skills, metal plating and heat treat experience
Experience in managing team performance and development.
Previous Sikorsky experience
Previous leadership experience in a represented workforce environment
Ability to manage budgets and apply company policies consistently.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
