Responsibilities include: * Organize, delegate, and prioritize proposal efforts among Natural Resource staff * Work with the Business Development Team to secure proposal opportunities * Preparation of project specifications and bid documents including technical scopes of work and costing for review by technical staff * Prepare large Master Services Agreement Proposals and Statement of Qualifications Packages tailored to client needs * Submittal of proposals and technical reports following approval by management * Assist in editing of technical proposals and reports * Demonstrate the ability to complete concurrent assignments in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and stay on schedule. * Travel is minimal but candidate should have the ability to periodically have in person meetings and attend conferences as needed. * Develop and submit project reports and proposals to various agencies and entities, including budget and schedule development * Maintain excellent communication with clients, employees, and subcontractors * Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications This position is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals who like diversified project types, possess a high level of self-motivation, and demonstrate enthusiastic leadership.
