Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the banking industry, based in Stockton, California. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly • Process customer applications in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Utilize Microsoft Word to generate reports and manage customer data • Work within a team to meet common goals • Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and issues • Contribute to the improvement of customer service protocols • Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations in all operations • Participate in customer service training and development initiatives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other commonly used software applications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

• High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain composure under pressure

• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

• Able to handle customer queries and complaints with patience and understanding

• Basic understanding of banking products and services is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
