Direct supervision of assigned custodial staff to ensure custodial services are provided in a timely, effective, and safe manner. Perform administrative duties and responsibilities. Supervise custodial staff in the proper care and maintenance of tile and carpeted floors. Provide custodial support for special events. Other duties assigned.

Some travel may be required daily around campus to the different facilities and off campus to procure supplies.

Work schedule varies because most sporting events and practices occur after 5pm and on weekends. Mandatory overtime will be required during peak event time.

Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain cellular or other electronic communication device. The incumbents pay includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heavy lifting, dust, and weather conditions.
