The Research and Financial Services (RFS) Office in the Spears School of Business is a centralized function, dedicated to all aspects of the Schools financial operations.\ \ This position is responsible for:

• Monthly reconciliation of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) food operations funds using accrual accounting practices and all HTM special events funds including state funds and OSU Foundation funds.
• Monthly reconciliation of all college event funds (state and foundation) and some college funds using cash basis accounting practices.
• Providing post-award support for sponsored program activities for the Spears School of Business and serving as a back-up for pre-award support.
• Monitoring, coordinating, and processing all contract renewals for the college as well as review, red-line, and signing all contracts \<\$5,000 for the Spears School of Business (training and certification will be provided)
