Knowledge of safety and sanitation requirements, food purchasing, receiving, food storage, inventories and equipment operation. Good recordkeeping, math, decision-making and communication skills. Supervisory experience and/or training. Strong team building skills. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED and minimal experience, working knowledge of the NSLP rules and regulations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
