JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21567 Position Title: Building Control Systems Technician TTC Title and Code: Building Control Systems Technician FTE: 100% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Maintenance Manager Position Summary Under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager of Facility Services, the incumbent as a HVAC Mechanic: Installs, maintains, and repairs environmental control to ensure proper operation of equipment within all facilities etc., in buildings on the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Campus. Facility Services is committed to the highest standard of customer relations principles for its customers, fellow staff members, students, and visitors. Staff will serve as role models by practicing exemplary behaviors when working with customers, and fellow staff members and the supervisory team. Shift: Monday through Friday : 7am to 3pm with some occasional weekend needs.
