JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21272 JOB TITLE: Assistant Professor - Human Resources Management TTC Title and Code: Assistant Professor (FA040) FTE: 100% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Dr. Kevin Neuman, Assistant Dean, Sentry School of Business and Economics Department: Sentry School of Business and Economics Position Summary Tenure track opening at the assistant professor level beginning Fall 2025. The position is a 4/4 teaching load split between teaching core Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management classes, and upper-level courses related to human resources and management overall. Topics of particular interest include training and development, compensation, international human resource management, organizational consulting, leadership development, and other related topics. Candidates may have the opportunity to teach in the MBA program and may be asked to teach at branch campuses in the surrounding communities of Wausau and Marshfield. Strong candidates will have a demonstrated ability to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level and conduct scholarly research. Although we are a teaching-oriented department, scholarly activity, professional growth, and university service are required. Anticipated Appointment Date: Fall semester (August 2025) Terms of Employment: This is a tenure-track, academic year based faculty position.
