JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21107 Position Title: Administrative Assistant II TTC Title and Code: Administrative Assistant II (AD002) FTE: 87.5%; see Position Summary for shift details Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Dr. Cynthia McCabe, Assistant Dean, School of Mathematics, Computing, Physics and Astronomy Position Summary This Administrative Assistant provides office support to the School of Mathematics, Computing, Physics and Astronomy within the College of Letters and Science. The Administrative Assistant reports to the school\'s Assistant Dean and works with the school\'s Administrative Specialist to ensure an effective and efficiently functioning office for the school. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can work with limited supervision. A high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, and strong interpersonal skills are required. The Administrative Assistant position is essential to the effective functioning of the school. Shift: Office hours of 7:45am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. This position will be full time during fall and spring semesters, up to 40 hours per week, and approximately half time (20 hours per week) during the summer months.
