Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Technician role aims to enhance both internal and external customer experiences through meticulous monitoring of supplier products, refining inspection processes, and systematic recording and analysis of returned goods and internal/external scrap generation. In this role, you will be expected to execute quality assurance and control processes for incoming materials, ensuring optimal levels of quality for specific product groups. You'll also be responsible for supporting assigned product groups in all quality functions, processing RGAs, reducing waste through RGA and scrap reduction programs, conducting FAI (First Article Inspection) and preparing reports. Your role will include supporting investigation of customer complaints, assisting in the Gage Calibration process, and conducting any other tasks as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stevens, Pennsylvania.

Pay

$21-$27 per hour based on prior experience
