Insight Global REMOTE UX Designer in Sterling, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a User-Experience (UX) Designer to help redesign and enhance our client's enterprise products. In this role, you will create and manage the UX/UI roadmap for their portfolio of products. You will also meet with both internal and external stakeholders, and the engineering and development teams internally to understand what design improvements are most needed and then to create and implement designs that solve those problems. Your responsibilities will include:

- Design and improve the overall user experience for enterprise digital products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and satisfaction.

- Schedule and conduct UX research with internal and external to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

- Present and defend design decisions based on user research, design principles, and industry best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research, tools, and technologies.

- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accessibility standards and practices.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

- Around 5 years of experience in UX Design based roles, preferably with enterprise products

- Strong skills in common design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

- Experience with Accessibility Standards such as WCAG, Section 508, etc.

- Experience with user testing, research, and analysis methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. null
