BAE Systems is seeking a Compliance Specialist to grow within the Government Compliance team in the Finance organization.
In this job, you will:
Guide and interface with all levels of personnel
Be the primary point of contact for the labor transfer process
Support internal and external audits
Monitor and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy/procedures
Assist in running data and RStudio scripts for the Labor Compliance program
Assist in maintaining and identifying changes to the website, procedures, company forms, and training,
ensuring consistency
- Identify and recommend/implement improvements in communications, customer interfaces and tools
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, and Skills - A bachelor s degree is required
Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of personnel
Prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload
Self-motivated with a bias for action; process/results-oriented
Demonstrated attention to detail in a government contracting compliance environment
High level of accuracy
Proficiency in Excel: solid intermediate to advanced formulas and functions, including charts
Experience with R and R Studio is a plus

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Data Analytics/Science is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
