BAE Systems is seeking a Compliance Specialist to grow within the Government Compliance team in the Finance organization.

In this job, you will:

  • Guide and interface with all levels of personnel

  • Be the primary point of contact for the labor transfer process

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Monitor and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy/procedures

  • Assist in running data and RStudio scripts for the Labor Compliance program

  • Assist in maintaining and identifying changes to the website, procedures, company forms, and training,

ensuring consistency

  • Identify and recommend/implement improvements in communications, customer interfaces and tools

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education, Experience, and Skills - A bachelor s degree is required

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of personnel

  • Prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload

  • Self-motivated with a bias for action; process/results-oriented

  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a government contracting compliance environment

  • High level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Excel: solid intermediate to advanced formulas and functions, including charts

  • Experience with R and R Studio is a plus

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Data Analytics/Science is a plus

  • Deltek Costpoint ERP and COGNOS

  • RStudio, Python, RPA, Midas PowerBI

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
