Job Overview**

Responsible for coordinating shipping and installation of Automation Systems to client sites in Canada, Mexico and throughout the United States. Must have experience managing the Shipping & Receiving at a supplier of automotive tooling, assembly systems, robotics, etc. Requires 10 + years of Shipping Receiving Management/Supervisory experience. With experience in the following:

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence to all shipping regulations, including labeling, documentation, and hazardous materials handling.
• Analyzing shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates and shipping costs.
• Motivating and developing the shipping team, providing training, and fostering a culture of safety.
