Bridget Killen at Robert Half is seeking a skilled Controller to join our team in STAYTON, Oregon. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate our company's financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and facilitating the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions of the company.
• Ensure the company's accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Assist in managing the profitability and cash flow of the business to assure the continued liquidity and growth of the company.
• Ensure the financial well-being of the company's stakeholders by maintaining accurate and timely financial reports.
• Leverage your skills in Accounting Software Systems and Crystal Reports to enhance financial processes and reporting.
• Handle accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance and integrity.
• Oversee budget processes, ensuring they align with company goals and financial capabilities.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
• Act as a key decision-maker in financial matters, providing insights and recommendations to company leadership.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
• Ability to conduct Auditing tasks
• Understanding of Budget Processes
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven leadership skills and ability to make informed decisions
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
