Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or related field (preferred)

  • Has 3+ years of experience in senior living or hospitality management

  • Possesses a magical mix of leadership skills and creative flair

  • Demonstrated proficiency in budget management

  • Has a heart for seniors and a passion for creating meaningful connections with residents and team members alike

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams

  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $62,000 per year
