Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Representative with previous utility experience in a distribution engineering/estimating function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skill in both Distribution and non-Distribution Systems & Processes, and have a strong understanding of basic Overhead/Underground Distribution Design Concepts and Applications. This role involves handling an area for basic service completely, except for very technical applications, and using JETS to estimate work orders.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate skill in Distribution Systems: TCMS, JETS, Distview.

• Demonstrate skill in non-Distribution Systems & Processes: CSS, Damage Claims, Job Orders.

• Apply basic Overhead/Underground Distribution Design Concepts and Applications.

• Understand and follow Distribution Bulletins/Policies/Procedures.

• Handle an area for basic service completely, except for very technical applications.

• Use JETS to estimate work orders.

Essential Skills

• Previous utility experience in a distribution engineering/estimating function.

• Demonstrated skill in Distribution Systems: TCMS, JETS, Distview.

• Skill in non-Distribution Systems & Processes: CSS, Damage Claims, Job Orders.

• Knowledge of basic Overhead/Underground Distribution Design Concepts and Applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with distribution design estimating in a utility function.
