Description:

As the Director of Client Services, you will play a crucial role in managing the peer activation and care navigation services. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring program performance aligns with contract requirements and organizational policies. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being of clients and contribute to their safety and stability.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree required and LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent

  • Experience in managing peer activation services or related programs

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and oversight for peer activation and care navigation services.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and AVP on recruitment, orientation, supervision, evaluation, and corrective action for program personnel.

  • Conduct initial orientation and job training for Peer Mentors and Care Navigators.

  • Offer clinical and administrative 1:1 and group supervision to support staff development.

  • Monitor client interactions, chart documentation, and maintain confidentiality standards.

  • Manage a robust roster of individuals receiving peer activation services.

  • Develop systems for timely dispatch of Peer Mentors to emergency rooms.
