Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the welding team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Oilville, VA

Pay Range: $18 and up

What's the Job?

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Perform welding tasks on various materials and components, ensuring the welds are clean, strong, and meet required specifications.

  • Inspect your work thoroughly before moving on to the next task to ensure all welds meet safety and aesthetic standards.

  • Collaborate with the welding lead to ensure that all orders are completed according to the agreed-upon deadlines and specifications.

  • Maintain consistent work habits, such as punctuality and reliability, to contribute to the team’s success.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and the ability to work with various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, etc.).

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
