SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Penn State Health Medical Group Benner Pike – Suite 1 is seeking a Medical Office Associate to join the team! This office hosts a variety of specialties, including Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Family Medicine, Adult Congenital Heart, Endocrinology, Device Clinic

The Medical Office Associate will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out, scheduling follow-up appointments, and processing referrals. Additional duties include handling inbound and outbound phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing faxes, and overseeing the e-messaging system for patient inquiries. With an average of 50-80 patients seen daily, the ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a personable candidate who can work independently as well as part of a team. Technical skills are a valuable asset! MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
