Spectrum Senior Data Analyst in Stamford, Connecticut

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Data Analyst, you are responsible for managing complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. You’ll be accountable for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. This role requires thorough understanding of business analysis and data methodology.
This position is eligible for our Hybrid Work Policy. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

Mastering intricate data analysis to unlock powerful analytic solutions
Crafting, refining, and documenting precise data definitions, business rules, and quality standards
Seamlessly integrating data from diverse sources to deliver essential data elements
Creating impactful reports and deliverables for management, engaging stakeholders at all levels
Pinpointing and implementing data quality enhancements
Designing and maintaining dynamic report formats, dashboards, data generators, and user-friendly information portals
Guaranteeing compliance with reporting standards through meticulous data audits and analysis
Developing tailored report specifications based on business needs
Leveraging data to innovate strategies and boost business performance with advanced mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years - Data analysis and reporting or related experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Technical skills : Advanced working knowledge of Excel and a demonstrated knowledge of SQL
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of business users in a professional manner
Prioritize and organize effectively
Work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
Handle multiple projects and priorities
Analyze and interpret data
Quickly identify business problems/opportunities
Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel
Manage multiple projects at one time
Document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
