Renewal by Andersen Proximity Marketer in Stamford, Connecticut

We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become a part of our canvassing & marketing team! This role is perfect for those who want an entry level role in sales or marketing! Previous sales/canvassing experience is a bonus, but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.

This position pays $25 hourly plus bonus/commission. This is a full-time position, with growth opportunities available!

Our Proximity Marketers (Canvassers) generate leads through proximity marketing/neighborhood outreach. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.

The Role - What you will be doing:

  • Report to assigned neighborhoods throughout Westchester County as well as the Stamford area.

  • Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.

  • Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows and patio doors.

  • Setting appointments for our professional sales representatives to provide demonstrations and quotes based on their needs.

  • Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.

  • Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory.

The Person - What we are looking for:

  • Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality with a strong work ethic.

  • Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team.

  • Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary!

  • Ability to be positive attitude through rejection

The Benefits - What we offer:

  • $25 Hourly Wage + Generous Bonus/Commission program (Average reps earning $60,000-$70,000 annually)

The Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6 pm

  • Some Saturdays on occasion

Must be:

  • Comfortable working outdoors

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

  • Comfortable working in a goals/metrics driven environment
