As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. Demonstrates intimate-level knowledge and a proven success record of structuring and leading complex organizational change management programs in a healthcare setting, including an in-depth knowledge of both clinical and administrative people-related impacts and academic background such as psychology, human factors, and applied cognition:

  • Assessing change readiness, leadership alignment, and organizational impact;

  • Changing vision and strategy;

  • Leading organizational design;

  • Training strategies, curricula and course development, and content development

  • Cultivating cultural transformation plans; and,

  • Managing stakeholder engagement techniques and ongoing management and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.

Demonstrates an intimate-level proven track record of success leading medium to large project engagements in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, including:

  • Defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;

  • Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;

  • Utilizing active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;

  • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships;

  • Clearly articulating PwC’s value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;

  • Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;

  • Assisting in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections; and,

  • Leveraging the firm's benchmark data in new business development, diagnostic, and implementation situations, and consistently contributing relevant materials to build the firm's intellectual property.

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
