Job Summary: The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing our social media presence, analyzing digital media performance, optimizing our website, and improving our SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Website Optimization: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of our website to ensure a user-friendly experience and high search engine rankings.

  • SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support overall marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • The position requires the person to be in the Stamford, CT. office.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and web analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for health and fitness is a plus.
