YOUR ROLE

  • Support the development and execution of marketing programs for our Laundry brands to help drive consumer awareness, education and conversion. Some of these programs may include shopper marketing, ecommerce, social, and digital.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to help develop and execute new product line extensions, promotional programs, packaging updates and associated business plans.

  • Continuously monitor the performance of assigned brands using sales reports and research (Circana, Nielsen) data. Apprise management of significant changes.

  • Ensure current knowledge of the competitive environment via outside sources.

  • Assist with business development for assigned brands which includes business reviews, customer line reviews and overall strategy for the brand.

YOUR SKILLS

  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology, Economics), MBA preferred

  • 1 - 3 years experience in CPG brand management and/or marketing

  • Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required to be able to lead projects, partner cross-functionally, and work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; solid financial acumen.

  • Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights that lead to actions designed to generate incremental sales and profits.

  • Creative mindset and strong team player.

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $141,400.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
