Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining customer credit records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. Your duties will also include monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Receivable processes

• Record checks and ACH receipts in the General Ledger system accurately

• Handle the processing and verification of weekly invoices

• Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and resolve any variances timely

• Handle inquiries about billing from customers, investigate, and resolve all issues

• Take responsibility for monthly and Year-End closing duties

• Ensure that Accounts Receivable aging is kept clean

• Conduct other duties as required within the scope of your role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
